It's a good hotel. It's a cheap hotel but, the owners aren't rude, as long as you respect them they'll respect you. I recommend paying them the $5 deposit for the room key, unless you don't mind them holding on to your I.D..
The guy on the office was very friendly, nice,respectful and helpful in everything
Under the new management this hotel he as come a long way yes some reviews were right but as long as bed bugs mice and roaches no longer are invited they got evicted lol they stayed here to long so please come on by and check it out for yourself.
Great place to rent whether for a day or weekly/monthly. Staff is very kind n respectful.

Nice place every thing is with in walking distance.you can't ask for more. By the way the staff is courteous tooits customer's they are like family to us so if you come to stay here be nice to your neighbor and they will be nice back to you with great respect
It's a cheap hotel but the people who run it are very nice & fair. They Keep the place clean as possible. Yes the rooms do smell like cigarette smokers have been there but that's probably because they have. I suggest bringing incense. The neighborhood is family oriented and a safe environment. There's a lot of mom & pop shops, Mexican & Thai food in the area. It's a really good deal.
Very nice room. Reasonable prices. The staff are very nice and accomodating. If you are looking to rent for a short term or long term i would really recommend this hotel.
